Consolidated Management Services v Dean Scott – Arizona Pinal County – Holden Willits

Consolidated entered into an agreement with the Scotts on December 15, 2022 (“the Contract”) to furnish certain labor, materials, fixtures and tools to the Project. The Contract is a signed estimate and is attached to the Lien (Exhibit B to this Complaint).

Consolidated has performed all conditions precedent to impress and secure a good and valid lien against the Subject Property under the provisions of Arizona’s lien statutes in favor of Consolidated and against the Subject Property. Furthermore, Consolidated has properly perfected, impressed and secured the Lien against the Subject Property for materials, fixtures and tools provided to the Scotts by, among other things, recording the Lien and timely serving a copy on the owners or reputed owners as required by law.
