Plaintiff Alliance Service & Control Specialists, Inc. (“Alliance™) for its claims against
Defendants B4 Enterprises, Inc. (“B4”) and Employers Mutual Casualty Company (“EMC”)
(collectively, the “Defendants™), hereby alleges as follows:
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
1. Alliance is an Arizona corporation authorized to transact and doing business in
the State of Arizona. Alliance is, and was at all times relevant hereto, a duly licensed contractor
holding Arizona Registrar of Contractors License Nos. 206185 and 128471. Alliance was
authorized to perform the contracted-for work.
